Redesigning New Experience For Rubio's Mobil App & Website

During 2023-2024, I led Rubio's Mobile App and Website redesign project in Citrubits, Inc. Help our client to enhanced the user experience by streamlining navigation and improving order flow.

After the relaunch, the app's rating improved from 4.1 to 4.7 on the App Store, leading to a 1.5x increase in orders from both App and Website.

Goals

To create a frictionless digital ordering and rewards experience across both website and app for guests to use and enjoy, one that keeps pace with changing technology needs and expectations.
